However, as digital marketing services are not tangible and are services that require a personal approach and individual approach in some cases refund is not given if work starts or has already been done. Your use of any of the services offered by Digital Marketings UK is subject to the terms therein contained in this Return & Refund Policy. 

2. Eligibility for Refunds 

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Under Tariff Notice No. 59051 issued by the National Telecommunications Commission on August 5, 2013, by way of updating its implementing rules and regulations, the Request for Credit Adjustment/Refund shall also contain the following:
